To make sure your design prints as best as possible, please provide artwork that meets these guidelines.

Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are preferred. Bitmap images (PNG, TIFF, JPEG) can be vectorized upon request.

Minimum 300 DPI for bitmap images (PNG, TIFF, JPEG).

Specify spot colors or Pantone numbers if exact matching is needed.

Convert all fonts to outlines or include font files, please!

How long does it take to get my order?

Turnaround times vary by product and quantity, but most orders are completed in two weeks or under. Rush options are available, just ask!

Do you handle small orders?

Every order matters, big or small, we treat them all with the same care and attention.

what are your order minimums?

One color imprints start at just a 12 piece minimum per order.

what if i cant meet an order minimum with my design?

Ask about our Direct to Film (DTF) heat transfers, which allow for smaller minimum order size.

What If i don’t have a vector image?

We can vectorize your image! Just email what you have and we will send you a quote!
